We strive to give the best service possible and work hard to get you your order as soon as possible, but please note that order processing and delivery can be extended during sales, new launches and holidays. Free next day shipping on in-stock items placed before 5pm.

If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 5 days (UAE) in original condition and within 14 days in (EU). Please ensure that the item you wish to return or exchange is without any signs of wear, washing, or damage and the original paper tags are attached.

Return process:

1. Contact us at info@myelerie.com to get the return shipping instructions.

2. Send your return in original package via trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense or use our return services for a charge of AED 25 that will be deducted from the return amount.

3. Once the return has reached us, you will be refunded within 10 working days.

Kindly note, if the garment shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition, and/or is returned without original packaging or paper tags, we reserve the right not to accept a return or exchange, or may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

In such cases, our team will reach out to you via email and offer either partial compensation or return the item back to you at your expense.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, including shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT.

Unclaimed shipments 

Elérie charges the amount that covers any shipped and unclaimed orders.

Exchanges are only available in the UAE for AED 25. If you want to exchange a product from another country, you have to make a return and place a new order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be in unworn and unwashed condition, and must be returned with all tags and original packaging intact and you have 5 days from the initial receipt of your parcel to initiate an exchange.

If you suspect that an item is faulty or damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable within 48 hours after the delivery to exchange or get a refund on defective items. After 48 hours we will not be able to replace the damaged item. 

If you qualify the rights to change any product(s) to a different size, contact us at info@myelerie.com. We will get back to you with instructions as soon as possible
