Order policies

UAE
Free next-day delivery on in-stock items placed before 5pm.
Rest of the World
We use DHL Express for international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note:
- Taxes, Duties, and Customs: Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or refunded by us.
- Unclaimed Orders: We do not cover costs associated with unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused orders, and these costs will be deducted from any potential return.
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in original condition within the following timeframes:
- UAE and Middle East: Within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Rest of the World: Within 14 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original paper tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags/packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount. Our team will contact you to discuss partial compensation or return at your expense. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days once your return is accepted.
UAE Returns
- Contact: Email info@myelerie.com for return instructions.
- Return options: Ship using a trackable, insured service at your expense, or use our return service for AED 25, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
- Contact: Email info@myelerie.com for the return address located in the UAE.
- Return costs: Shipping is at your expense. Please use tracked delivery and share tracking details with us. IMPORTANT: Notify the courier that the package is a "RETURN."
We do not cover or refund any costs related to returns, taxes, customs, or duties. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

Exchanges are only available within the UAE for a fee of AED 25. For international exchanges, you must return the item and place a new order.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact. Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please send a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange or refund. After 48 hours, we cannot accept returns for damaged items.
To initiate an exchange for a different size, please contact us at info@myelerie.com. We will respond with instructions as soon as possible.
